Immersive technologies change the way that we interact with places. It can enhance a guests experience of environments for hospitality and tourism – from website interaction to checking in for their stay.
There are many ways virtual and augmented reality benefit the hospitality industry. Virtual tours and previews help people choose their destinations – city, hotel, amusement park, event venue, or restaurant. VR & AR can help upsell people by allowing them to visualize the benefits of the higher-end experience. Virtual concierge services assist guests at any time, in any location, offering help with choice selection or navigation. Augmented reality displays help people make more informed decisions.

We will start with informal networking, then host a panel discussion to answer audience questions, and we end with more networking. We keep it simple and informal – this meetup is about you, our members, and not just a soap box for the host, presenters, or our sponsors.
