Greg Adams started his business while attending Muskingum University. Together with business partner, Larry Triplett, he built a health care technology company based in New Concord, Ohio. The firm provided bar coding and touch screen technology solutions to help improve care for residents in long term care facilities across the U.S. The firm was acquired by Cerner Corporation in 2011. Mr. Adams and Mr. Triplett have since created a new venture in 2018 called Reach-vr (as subsidiary of Triad Labs) which uses virtual reality technology to help patients recover from frozen shoulder pain.

The mission of Reach is to improve the patient experience for rehab by using innovative, immersive, and enjoyable exercise experiences for data collection, reporting, and dynamically developed care paths delivered in virtual reality.
